🌹 Rose Meow — Payment & Checkout Policy

Overview

Rose Meow offers multiple payment options to provide flexibility, transparency, and comfort for our patrons. All orders include confirmation and documentation so you know exactly where things stand at every step.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash App (QR Code Payment)
    Immediate payment option available at checkout.
    A receipt will be emailed once payment is confirmed.
  • Invoice-Based Payment
    Available for:
    • Bulk orders
    • Curated, pre-order, made-to-order or personalized items
    • Individual orders over a specified dollar amount
    • Any customer who prefers an invoice format
  • Bank Transfer
    Available for invoice payments upon request.
  • Cash or Money Order
    Accepted for in-person transactions by prior arrangement only.

Cash App Payment Instructions

When paying via Cash App:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed at checkout

  2. Send the exact total shown in your cart

  3. Include your Order ID and Email Address in the payment note

  4. Keep your Cash App confirmation for your records

Payment confirmation and a receipt will be emailed once funds are received.

Order Confirmation & Processing

An order is considered confirmed when payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Orders will not ship or enter production until payment is confirmed.
  • Processing times begin after confirmation, not at checkout submission.

Invoice Payments

Invoices include:

  • Itemized product details
  • Payment instructions
  • Estimated production and/or shipping timelines

Payment must be completed in full before:

  • Production begins
  • Items are reserved for bulk orders
  • Shipping or pickup is scheduled

Split payments may be accepted for select bulk orders, but fulfillment begins only after the balance is paid in full.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

All made-to-order or personalized items require full payment prior to production.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders may not be canceled or changed
  • Materials and labor costs are non-refundable

Receipts & Documentation

All completed payments include:

  • A receipt or invoice
  • Email confirmation
  • Tracking information when shipping applies

Fraud Prevention & Order Review

To protect both our patrons and our business, Rose Meow reserves the right to:

  • Verify order details
  • Request additional confirmation for higher-value purchases
  • Cancel or refund orders where payment or identity cannot be reasonably verified

We will never request passwords or sensitive account credentials.

Customer Comfort Statement

If a payment method does not feel right to you, we encourage you to choose another available option. Clear communication matters more to us than rushing a transaction.
