Rose Meow ships with care, intention, and realistic timelines. Because many of our offerings are small-batch, curated, or made-to-order, shipping times may vary. This policy explains what to expect and how we handle fulfillment.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Processing Times
Processing begins after payment is confirmed.

In-Stock Items:
Typically ship within 3–5 business days -
Made-to-Order Items/Curations:
Production and shipping typically occur within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise noted -
Bulk Orders:
Timelines vary based on order size, customization, and inventory availability.
Estimated timelines are provided on the invoice.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders when available.
- Higher-value or bulk shipments may require signature confirmation.
- Shipping insurance may be added for bulk or higher-value orders upon request.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may involve:
- Multiple packages
- Extended processing time
- Coordinated shipping schedules
- Detailed packing lists included with the invoice
Shipping costs for bulk orders are calculated separately and reflected on the invoice.
Curated, Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Made-to-order items begin production only after full payment is received.
Because these items are created specifically for you:
- Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout or on invoices.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipping costs may apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging when applicable
We will work with the carrier and the customer to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
In-Person Pickup or Local Delivery
In-person pickup or local delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
- Payment must be completed before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Pickup windows and locations will be confirmed privately
